You can use the "Locations" menu in the 4Warn weather app to track weather across multiple locations. Access "Locations" using the icon on the app's home page: 

You can use the heart icon to the right to set favorite locations and receive alerts from these locations, even if your hundreds of miles away: 



Use the 'Edit' link in the upper right corner to delete locations:
