The Michigan Works! Association provides services and support to Michigan’s workforce development system. Michigan Career & Technical Institute (MCTI) is a post-secondary vocational and technical training center for adults with disabilities in Michigan. Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) oversees the Michigan New Jobs Training Program (MNJTP). Designed as an economic development tool, MNJTP allows community colleges to provide free training for employers that are creating new jobs and/or expanding operations in Michigan.
